Project management is the use of specific knowledge, skills, tools and techniques that we use to offer our clients added value on the projects in which we work.
The changing nature of work due to technological advances, globalization and other factors means that work is increasingly organized around projects to be carried out by teams with specific skills.
Projects are a temporary and joint effort to create value through a unique product, service or result. They have a beginning and an end, a team, a budget, a timeline, and a set of expectations that the team must meet. In addition, each project differs from the routines and ongoing activities of each client.
At the forefront of these projects are the people who ensure that the team achieves its goals. In our case, building projects have a relatively long life until their final result, or state in which no significant improvements will be required apart from continuous maintenance.
